FAQs

A: We offer post-purchase support with guidelines on helping your puppy adjust to their new home, including advice on feeding, sleeping arrangements, and training.

A: We hardly ever take offers on the puppies if you come and visit with the puppies here at our facilities. The reason we allow people to make offers is to have the puppies sold prior to pick up to reduce man hours. Just because it says make an offer online does not mean we will accept your offer in person at our facility. Many factors go into the offer process so please keep this in mind if you plan on making an offer in person.

A: Every puppy is given an internal number to identify them at the time they are photographed. This number will show on your receipt and coincide with your time stamped order. The photo on that order will match the puppy you purchased as well as the internal ID

A: We deeply care to spread the joy & love a family pet can provide. Once you choose your puppy (or your puppy chooses you), click the PUPPY ENQUIRY button or contact us at info@marybelgainmalinoispuppies.com. After your request is made you will be guided on how to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed the receipt & flight information with tracking number will be sent to you. We will contact you to thank you for your order & let you know what to expect next. In case of local pick up we will set your pick up date and time. For deliveries we will reach out the week of availability to provide you travel scheduling details. The puppies fly on AA cargo. We pay extra for the V.I.P. treatment so your puppy arrives in style. We give your name & cell phone number to the airlines, so bring your I.D. & cell phone with you to the airport.** IMPORTANT: If someone (other than you) is picking up your puppy, you will need a signed & dated statement of release from the person who purchased. Bring this signed document releasing the care of the puppy to the person you designate.

A: Of course. There are many options. Puppies are like babies. They need nutrition every 2 to 3 hours. However, they don't cry like babies so you must be even MORE proactive with puppies. Small breeds are much different than larger breeds. Labradors & Rottweiler puppies are very different than a 1 lbs Yorkie puppy. You must handle the small breed puppies differently. You should always allow your puppy to have 24/7 access to their hard food. We tend to see pups under 3 lbs graze and eat their hard food every 2-3 hours. Over-eating is rare among small breeds & won't happen until a year of agefe (if at all). During puppy stages--feed, feed, feed! Puppy weight is good weight & a full belly means a happy puppy. In addition to their hard food, the following items are recommended to encourage eating: (rotisserie chicken (human style), Dannon Activia Yogurt, Puppy Caesers Soft Food, Raw Ground Beef (yes, Raw), Karo Syrup are sometimes used on hard food to entice the puppy to eat as well. Think about it like this... before there was "puppy food" you could buy at the local mart...How did puppies survive? This should help you when choosing the best food to feed your little one. Small Breed puppies sometimes lack appetite due to a change in environment. A puppy can be on hard food for 3 weeks and doing fine...if you change the puppy's habitat... they might begin fresh with their eating habits. The encouragement you give them during the transition is NOT CAUSING BAD HABITS. Table food/scraps is not what we're recommending. We are recommending a high protein diet & these items suggested are what we've found to work flawlessly. If your puppy is not eating at all please contact @ info@marybelgainmalinoispuppies.com and we will provide you all sorts of tips and keep you out of a bad situation
